ADR 0015 — Canonical design inputs for sales-presentation redesign

Decision

The offplan.online sales-presentation redesign uses ONLY these as canonical design inputs:

1. The offplan.online design system handoff bundle — committed to the repo at os/design-system/bundle/. Tokens at colors_and_type.css. Brandbook at reference/brandbook-v2.html. 7 working preview HTMLs under project/preview/. Visual language: Helvetica Neue display (200/300 weights), Inter body, JetBrains Mono mono. Skeleton White (marketing register) and Warm Stone (product register). Status palette: oxidised forest / burnt-honey / oxblood — NOT saturated traffic-light. Austere Calatrava.
2. Nadezhda client transcripts + audit findings — os/docs/research/client-feedback-nadezhda-2026-05-08.md and os/docs/audit/SUMMARY.md. These define the new IA (see ADR 0016).
3. The 32 PNG screens at ~/VOLUME VISION Dropbox/Roman Tarasov/DB_Downloads/UI_UX Design _ Offplan (Roman's Copy)/ — IA + module reference only, NOT visual reference.

NOT canonical — do not synthesise from

• os/docs/mockups/sales-app-atelier.html — Sergei built this; Roman is not 100% happy. Uses Cormorant Garamond display (drifted from canon), gold + glass-panel direction. Do not extend it.
• os/docs/mockups/admin-panel-*.html — out of scope (admin panel is a later phase) AND Sergei's work.
• os/docs/rendered/launch-plan-stage-1.html chunks (CONV-15 through CONV-27 work) — Sergei-driven plan refinement; historical context, not a spec to honour.

Why

Roman explicitly stated in CONV-29 (2026-05-08): "a lot of this is Sergei doing, I'm not 100% happy. Go off the designs currently that I input in this latest conversation, then we will design our own version of the front end app."

The redesign is a collaborative Roman+Claude effort starting from the canonical bundle, not an evolution of Sergei's atelier track. Sergei continues producing atelier mockups in parallel; reconciliation (or not) is post-demo per Roman's judgement.

How to apply

When proposing screens or amending the plan:

• Anchor every visual decision to the bundle's tokens + the Nadezhda direction in ADR 0016.
• If something looks like it came from sales-app-atelier.html (gold accents, glass-panel hero, Cormorant display type), double-check it's also justified by the bundle / transcripts.
• Default to the bundle when in doubt.
