Resume Prompt

Start with docs/daily/tomorrow-2026-04-30.md — 6 tasks for today. Priority order: (1) Close 7 strategic open questions (tarification unit blocks the landing with pricing — projects/renders/seats?); (2) Brandbook expansion: Property UI Patterns + Imagery Guidelines in docs/brandbook/v1.html (Forms already done); (3) Send Ilya launch-plan v3.2 (docs/plan/launch-plan-v3-full.html) — highlight priority swap 1.3↔1.9, Phase 1.9 reframe 3-4 weeks, ~30 [BL] markers; (4) Test prod for bugs; (5) Legal aspects — company registration, ToS, Privacy Policy, VAT across EU/UAE/AU; (6) Launch plan review — what to cut, what to move to Phase 2, add Phase 1.6.7 Australian compliance. Preview site is live at offplan-online.github.io/preview/ — update by pushing to offplan-online/preview repo.

Summary

Completed logo work carried over from the previous context: created logo-explorations.html (26 concepts in 7 sections A–G) and logo-mix.html (5 hybrids MX1–MX5), fixed Windows-logo resemblance by replacing the centred cross with an asymmetric T-shaped floor plan mark. Integrated logos into landing-v3.html: MX3 in footer, T-shape favicon, original gold-dot text brand retained in header (MX1 SVG mark was too tile-like at header scale after several attempts). Saved RBAC idea to docs/ideas.md and Notion. Set up offplan-online/preview as a public GitHub repo with GitHub Pages for sharing plans and mockups — main os repo stays private. Created index.html for the preview root with 7 document cards. Wrote tomorrow's plan (docs/daily/tomorrow-2026-04-30.md) with 6 tasks.

Changes

Decisions

Logo system split by context. Tried MX1 SVG mark in header at multiple sizes (13px, 18px) — consistently looked like a Windows tile or coloured app icon square at header scale, not a logo. Tried B4 stacked wordmark — user preferred neither. Decision: header = original offplan.online text with gold dot (clean, proven), footer = MX3 filled mark with rule (has breathing room), favicon = standalone T-shape floor plan in gold square. Three contexts, three treatments.

T-shape floor plan mark. User flagged that the original centred cross (lines at 50%/50%) resembles the Windows logo. Replaced with asymmetric T-shape: vertical wall at ~62% width, horizontal wall only in the right section. Applied consistently across all logo files. Avoids Windows association while still reading as a floor plan.

Separate public preview repo instead of making os public. Main os repo contains session notes, strategic decisions, competitor research — not appropriate to make public. Created offplan-online/preview as a dedicated public repo for shareable artefacts. Sessions/decisions/research remain private-only.

GitHub Pages over Netlify Drop. User preferred a GitHub-based solution over drag-and-drop. Netlify Drop was simpler but not connected to the repo. GitHub Pages on offplan-online/preview auto-deploys on push — better long-term workflow despite requiring one extra repo.

Next Steps

  1. Close 7 strategic open questions — tarification unit (projects/renders/seats) is P0, blocks landing pricing
  2. Brandbook: add Property UI Patterns + Imagery Guidelines sections to docs/brandbook/v1.html (Forms already done)
  3. Send Ilya docs/plan/launch-plan-v3-full.html v3.2 — highlight: priority swap 1.3↔1.9, Phase 1.9 reframe 3-4 weeks, ~30 [BL] markers
  4. Test Volume Vision prod for bugs and friction points — document findings
  5. Legal aspects: company registration (Cyprus/UAE/AU), ToS, Privacy Policy, VAT for SaaS across three jurisdictions
  6. Launch plan review: cut what's not needed for pilot, move non-critical to Phase 2, add Phase 1.6.7 (Australian compliance — GST + APP)
