Launch plan visual bug fixes

Goal

Fix 3 broken references after CONV-12 docs reorg in mockups and the launch plan companion grid.

Implementation Steps

1. docs/mockups/admin-panel-v6.html line 99 — cote-exterior.jpg → ../assets/cote-exterior.jpg
2. docs/rendered/launch-plan-v3-full.html line 304 — companion card href v7 → v5
3. docs/rendered/launch-plan-v3-full.html line 306 — card name "Admin Panel v7" → "Admin Panel v5"
4. docs/rendered/launch-plan-v3-full.html line 4224 — changelog text "Admin Panel v7" → "Admin Panel v5"
